WEEKLY UPDATE

We hope you all enjoyed Altair’s Eggrops, it was great to see our original game mode on a large scale for Easter. Thank you to all who participated and to the volunteers who made it happen. We have some stats on what we gave away over the weekend:

Sunday PVE

Starting this week, we’ll be hosting PVE events on both Friday and Sunday, giving more players a chance to join in, as well as allowing us to reach a larger audience. A massive thank you to LEADFarmer and FullThrottleDG for stepping up and volunteering their time to help get this off the ground. We’ll be keeping the 9pm UK start for Fridays but will move to 8pm EST for Sundays, to give the other side of the pond an equal share.

To differentiate these events, we’ll be running the same mode but Friday will be ‘Phase 1’ and Sunday will be ‘Phase 2’.

Combined Assault Phase 1 (PVE)
Players across all factions are instructed to assault the same POI to help each other complete tasks and objectives. By mobilising a large force, we can clear out POIs much easier and offer people help with opening doors, killing AI or making it easier for them to pick up task items within the location.

Gun Run (PVP)
Factions have just received a fresh batch of weapons to replace their worn out stock. In order to make sure these weapons are ready for deployment, players are instructed to assault a POI in order to give them some real-world testing. However, other PMCs have also received fresh deliveries so they’ll be doing the same. Last PMC standing can report back on the weapon’s effectiveness. Players must only use the weapons permitted by the brief until they are instructed to change.

Summary

We are aware of the ongoing server issues and are working with MFG to rectify them, if you have any evidence of rubber banding or servers splitting factions (especially in the Middle East region), please report it to MFG using the support link.
